10 Minute Shrimp Tostada
Enjoy our 1 cup Minute Rice® Mexican Rice Cupspacked with juicy shrimp, spicy salsa and creamy avocado. Make it for dinner tonight!
Step 1
Heat the 1 tsp of oil in a pan over medium heat.
Step 2
Add the tortilla and cook, turning once or twice to keep from burning, until the tortilla starts to crisp (about 5 minutes).
Step 3
Heat the rice according to package instructions.
Step 4
Place the shrimp in the same pan used for the tortillas. Add the remainder of the oil and cook for 2-3 minutes per side (depending on size).
Step 5
Place the tortilla on a plate, top with, shrimp, avocado slices and salsa.
Step 6
Garnish with cilantro and a lime wedge (optional).
