10 Minute One-Pot Beef and Rice Skillet
Step 1
Heat oil in a large pan over high heat. Add beef and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain off any excess fat.
Step 2
Add water, Italian dressing and oregano to the pan. Bring to a boil.
Step 3
Stir in broccoli and rice and cover. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes or until rice is tender.
Step 4
Sprinkle with cheese. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
