10 Minute Easy Sweet and Sour Chicken
Step 1
Heat oil in a large, non-stick pan on medium-high heat. Add chicken.

Cook, occasionally stirring, for 3 to 5 minutes or until the chicken is browned.

Add vegetables, pineapple chunks, their juice, and the sweet and sour sauce to the pan. Stir in water. Bring mixture to a boil.

Stir in rice and cover. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove the saucepan from the heat. Let stand for 5 minutes until almost all the liquid is absorbed and the rice is tender.
