15 Minute Chilli Supper
Step 1
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Step 2
Heat oil in a medium pot over medium heat. Cook beef for 5-7 minutes, until browned and cooked through.

Add the salsa and bell peppers to the pot. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the beans, tomatoes, chilli powder and garlic powder to the pot.
Step 5
Stir until well combined. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until heated through, stirring occasionally. Stir in 3/4 cup of the Cheddar cheese.
Step 6
Serve chilli over rice. Top with remaining cheese and sour cream, if using.
