15 Minute Air-Fryer Bang Bang Chicken Tenders with Rice
Step 1
Toss chicken tenders with ½ tbsp sweet chili sauce and ¼ tbsp sriracha. Drizzle with sesame oil.
Step 2
Preheat air-fryer according to manufacturer’s instructions. Place chicken tenders in air-fryer basket. Do not over fill. Air fry at 204°C, turning basket halfway during the cook time, for 10-12 mins. or until chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
Step 3
Meanwhile, prepare rice according to package directions. Stir together mayonnaise with remaining sweet chili sauce and sriracha until blended. In a large bowl, toss together coleslaw mix with 1 tbsp of bang bang mayo sauce.
Step 4
Top rice with chicken, coleslaw mix and cucumber. Drizzle with remaining bang bang mayo sauce.
Cooking Tip
Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
